Designed to meticulously identify and flag print defects like ink spots, toner streaks, voids, colour variations, and image/barcode quality issues, the system also verifies barcodes, text, postal codes, MICR lines, sequence checks, alignment, data verification, and matching. It operates seamlessly in roll-to-roll, roll-to-sheet, and roll-to-fanfold setups, setting a new standard for label inspection precision.

Introducing DISCOVERY MSExpress: Designed for small to medium-scale label production environments requiring variable text, barcodes, and QR code validation, DISCOVERY MSExpress offers a compact and affordable solution. Equipped with a mini PC and a variety of camera options, DISCOVERY MSExpress ensures cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. At the event, DISCOVERY MSExpress will be mounted on a Web Techniques WT-35VS Table Top Rewinder, effortlessly inspecting and validating variable data on labels running at high speeds.
